The site was originally owned by Prince Henry for the sole use of livery in the 1930's and 1940's.
There are currently 14 stables, a barn and numerous outbuildings, all of which used to service a small contingent of the royal family for their royal activities. Some of these features will eventually be incorporated into the designs.
